duckie: Funny thing with Fex Ex, I called the helpdesk asking them to come on Friday. They captured that in their system but didn’t notify the operation folks. So they kept delivering the package everyday from Wed to Fri. *rolleyes*

true. o got another experience where the courier called me before sending the package. He asked if i was in the house to receive the package. I replied that i was not in and he preceed to say “So how ah?” as if i am supposed to tell him how to do his job.
On the other hand Fed Ex came over yesterday while i was out, they left a note and it was quite informative. Got even state when they will come back again and can fill in ilternate address to send to. Best of all their call center is operational until 10pm so don’t have to wait till the next working day to call.
