Yes I do have fats near my belly area. I guess it is there after I delivered 2 lovely children. People told me to go for massage during my confinement. It is a great help to lose belly fat. I was being lazy and didn’t take their advice.
Now my belly area looks flabby. I believe if I do some proper sit ups, it may help to reduce the flabbiness. I just have to find the time to do it.
Somehow I do get fats in my lower body area. I have a pear shape body figure. However not many people notice because I tend to dress to hide those fatty areas. It makes me look slim but actually I do have fats. Dressing to your body figure can help you look slim. Ha! Now I don’t have to worry about eating more durians.
