Oh no, when I am working late at night, I am snacking on my children junk food. I don’t know why I get hungry very fast at night. It looks like my metabolic rate decided to wake up at night to work. Soon, I may need to go for hcg diet.

I guess we need to cut away our bad eating habit if we want to be healthy. For me, sometimes I snack on healthy food instead of junk food. I like snacking on carrot, celery or cucumber sticks. It is 100% a healthy way to snack.
