It is good to take pregnancy vitamins when you are having a baby. Although some will say that you get your vitamin from the daily food intake. My gynecologist gave me folic acid on the first trimester, calcium pills at 2-3rd month and vitamin B complex from second trimester onwards.
I was also advised to build up the body system before getting a baby. It helps to create a good environment in your body for the baby to grow.
