I cannot believe that if you visit the local pharmacy there are so many natural remedies. I saw some herbal slimming pills too. I wonder do they have herbal weight gain. I remembered when I started working I really needed something to help me put some weight. I had a very high metabolic rate and easily get hungry. However instead of gaining weight, I lost weight.

Most of my friends thought I was bulimia but when they saw me eating, they think otherwise. Then they told me that I am wasting food because nothing will be absorbed into my body.
I am glad after giving birth, my hormones balance out. I started to gain weight. Or is it old age? Anyway, my weight is still within range. The most important is that I stay healthy.

I always wonder when men gather, what do they talk about? Do they ever talk about male enhancements? I understand if they talk about this among girls, it may be embarrassing. However would they talk among men?

However I am sure a lot of them would talk about how they can make themselves presentable. Things like putting extra muscles or body building would come up. It would be really interesting to ease drop on their conversation. I am sure they say the same for us.

I have a friend who loves listening to music and he has the most expensive stereo speakers. He told me in order to hear the different kind of instrument in a musical piece, you must have good speaker. Once he took my friends and me to his home to look at his collection of music and speakers.

Indeed it was a good experience. It was like listening to a real performance playing in his home. I don’t know much about music but definitely a moment to remember.

Have you heard percussion music played on steel drum, trash cans and buckets? They make great rhythmic sounds and it becomes music. I saw some performance done on streets and I must say they are very good. You see a lot of these in US. I would pay to hear them.

I hope the good ones will come over here and perform. I would want to learn to play too although I am not good with playing any musical instrument.

Today, my body system is a little peculiar. I got back from shopping and my body is sending signal to my brain telling it that I am hungry. So I picked up a box of chocolate milk to drink. After drinking, I felt like I am too full. I guess my body is sending the wrong signal. If this continued to happen, I may need Lipofuze to shred my fat.

I am still feeling nausea. I took some sour plum to relieve the nausea. Maybe sipping some tea will make the bad feeling go away.

In my work, sometimes I need to go down to production area to look at the system. I have to wear safety clothing to protect myself and to make sure I don’t contribute dust to the product. Most products manufactured in my company are sensitive.

I was glad to have witness the liquid and gas chromatography instrument production line while I was in the US. The way they manufacture the machines to test chemical or gas. Some of the machines were used in filming CSI. I am so proud to work for a company that produces such high tech instrument.

Vacation Plan

I am looking at the Outer Banks vacation rentals and I saw a few property that I would rent for a long vacation. I have plans to take my family to US, just a matter of when. I am waiting for my children to grow a little older so that they can appreciate the site seeing.

At their age, they only fancy theme parks, cartoon channel and a big swimming pool. That their dream vacation. You and I know, we don’t have to go far to do just that.

Clam Chowder

Oh I miss the Clam Chowder in Fisherman Wharf in San Francisco. Every time I go, I must have it. It is creamy and has lots of clam in it. I wonder anyone here make it as good as the one we get there. If yes, please let me know. I can have a few bowls of this. It goes well with the fried calamari too. Simply delicious!

I know a friend who tries many ways to diet because she wants to shred some weight. She tried out different diet plans. She looked for over the counter diet pills that really work. She did shred some weight but easily put back on when she didn’t control her food intake.

I always advise her to stay healthy, take in more fruits and vegetables. I strongly believed that it can help your body to stay healthy. Maybe help us to look younger too.

I remembered when I have my second one, I was very determined to breast feed my gal for a longer period. I was reading up on how to increase breast milk production. For me, I found that I have to consume 3 liter of water and eat fish every day.

Once I ate a really good quality fish and the next day, my production increase tremendously. Imagine in the morning, I could express out more than 13 oz of milk. I was so satisfied every time I bring milk back for my gal to drink. Nothing beats giving your baby breast milk.

I never regretted the day when I decided to use laminated wood flooring for my master bedroom. It looks fabulous even after having it for more than 8 years now. I am looking for discount laminate flooring for my children’s room. Some of the wood flooring brands provides life time warranty.

It is very easy to clean and dirt do not stick to it compare to tiles. I heard that with the new wood flooring technology, you can even install on your own. That will save us labor charges. Another great way to make your house looks good with cost savings!

I never had a prom until I went into college. That was the one and only prom I had. At that time, I didn’t have much money to get any beautiful dresses, I just wore something simple. However I saw many pretty gals in their prom dresses. I guess they were all out to attract the guys on prom night.

I am not sure why I attended prom night, most probably to see what it is like. The next prom after that was my wedding day and it was the most joyous time of my life.

I found this great site for getting gorgeous Sun Hat. It is very suited here because the sun here is forever shinning except when it rains. The sun hat is so trendy and it goes well with any clothes we put on. The quality is great too.

By the way, if you want to match with your clothes color, you can because it comes in different colors too. I can even wear this for Sunday morning church service.

Orlando Vacation

I am looking around for a contest that can win me a Orlando vacation. I would want to bring my family there. Orlando has the Big 4 theme parks there. I am sure my children would love to stay there, adults would too. I remembered when I step foot into Disneyland, I become a child again. It is a great feeling.

If you know of any cost efficient way to get me there, I would love to know. It will certainly be a dream holiday for my family!

Do you know that you can now install security cameras in your own house easily? You can do it on your own. Some of them are wireless and it is so small you can hide it. On top of that you can remotely connect to the system and monitor your house through the web. How cool is that?

I know a couple of moms who have maids are doing that at home. It is to protect their children from being abused by the maids when they are not around. Now I wished there is such monitoring system through my iPhone for the house. I don’t use maid to look after my children.
