Jefferene: There is a diffence between a Trustee and Executor. By law an executor cannot benefit from the Will.

Once he accepted the executorship, he needs to carry it out else he will subject to punishment by the court if anyone in the family charged him.

Not only that, you need to have a really trusworthy one to handle the executor jobs, what if he/she runs way with all your money and left your children behind?

I’ve got no choice but to set up a trust for my girl if *touch wood*, something bad happen to both of us.

Yup, happens to me all the time too. We need to make use of POIs/landmarks to navigate with a bit more intelligence rather than obligingly following the instructions.

You may try malfreemaps which is much more detail than the malsingmaps I think and just recently updated.
