Half Boil egg is my favorite. Sorry I don’t have any cholesterol, so I can eat as much as I want. 😛 I never know how to make perfect half boil egg. Sometimes it turned out to be hard boiled egg or not cook at all, with the transparent slimy part of the egg. :sc:
I discovered this gadget that makes perfect half boil egg. It cost RM9.90. I first saw it in Ikea when I was there for breakfast. I saw this funny looking orange plastic container with eggs in it. I peep over to someone who was making his half boiled egg and learn from him. It is real easy.

actually I have been using this when I was young. Maybe because I was born in a Kopitiam family whereby my grandmother already uses them in the shop. hehe….I love it…
there is line saying 2 eggs you fill up till the line. Then 3 eggs more water…etc etc.
there is a tip on making 1/2 boiled eggs. to avoid the eggs from cracking and water seeping in while boiling, poke a snall puncture at the bottom tip of the egg. there is a device that can do that. another tip i heard is put some salt in the water.
btw, have you tried the coffee shop on the road to the airport? very popular place for 1/2 boiled eggs and toast.
ya..this gadget is easy to do a perfect half boil egg. I tot it can get it from most of the supermarket? I think this gadget is quite common right? :grin
Eh, I saw this 20 years ago where my mum used to use this to make half boil egg. She bought it from Tupperware!
